Lauren Young

Lauren is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Port Adelaide in the AFL Women's (AFLW) competition. Drafted by the club in 2023, Lauren is known for her strong defensive capabilities and leadership on the field.

Before joining Port Adelaide, Lauren played for the West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFLW competition where she won the SANFLW MVP at 15 years of age.
